By using Translate - Speech & AR you agree to abide by these terms. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use Translate - Speech & AR. If you use Translate - Speech & AR on behalf of the organization, such as your employer, you agree to these terms of the organization and you have the right to bind the organization to these terms. In this case, "you" and "your" will refer to the organization.
We may revise the terms from time to time. Changes may be posted to our blog and our application, so check regularly. The latest version will always be posted on our terms page. By continuing to use Translate - Speech & AR after the revision comes into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. 1. Your information and responsibilities

Any other person is encouraged or permitted to do any of the above.
4. Termination
We may at any time at our discretion suspend Translate - Speech & AR or terminate your visit to and use of Translate - Speech & AR without further notice. For example, if you do not comply with these terms, we may suspend or terminate your use or use Translate - Speech & AR in any way which may cause us to assume legal liability or disturb others' use of Translate - Speech & AR. If we suspend or terminate your use, we will try to notify you in advance and help you retrieve the data, but there may be certain circumstances (for example, repeated or flagrant violation of these terms, court order or danger to other users) where we can immediately suspend. We do not guarantee that Translate - Speech & AR will meet your requirements or provide on an uninterrupted, safe or error-free basis. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, timeliness, authenticity, integrity or reliability of any of our intellectual property rights.
6. Limitation of liability
Every Translate - Speech & AR or any other involved in creating, producing or delivering Translate - Speech & AR (including our licensor) party, are not any incidental, special, disciplinary or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer system failure or damage, or as a result of these terms or use or not use Translate - Speech & AR or our licensor's intellectual property rights and the cost of replacement service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), Translate - Speech & AR will be informed of the possibility of such damage, whether in product liability or any other legal theory, whether or not the limited remedy set forth herein has lost its basic purpose. These provisions and their related conduct will be governed by Austrian law without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
8. General terms

Unless expressly provided in these terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these terms will not affect its other remedies under these terms or otherwise.
