Terms of Use

These general terms of use (" general terms and conditions ") and any applicable additional terms (see below) as well as the order and cancel the terms and conditions (collectively "terms") constraint you on our web site, the use of customer support and services, as well as any application, sample files and content (defined below), script, source code, instruction set and related documents (collectively referred to as "software") "). If you enter into another agreement with us for a particular service or software, the terms of that agreement will govern where they conflict.

1. The privacy.

2. Use of services and software.

License. You may access and use services and software subject to the terms and laws.

PicArt Editor - Face Age intellectual property. We (and our licensors) remain the sole owner of all rights, title and interest in the services or software. We do not grant you any rights in respect of patents, Copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks or any other rights relating to the services or projects in the software, except as provided herein. We reserve all rights not granted under these terms.

Storage. When the service provides storage, we recommend that you back up your content elsewhere on a regular basis. We may create reasonable technical limitations on file size, storage space, processing power, and other technical limitations. We may suspend service until you are within the storage space limits associated with your account. At the end of the license, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to allow you to convert content into services. The transition must be completed within 30 days of the termination or expiration of the license period. We reserve the right to delete your content at the end of this 30-day transition period.

User-generated content. We might host user-generated content. If you visit our service, you may encounter user-generated content that you find objectionable or disturbing. Your only remedy is to stop viewing content. If available, you can also click the "report" button to report objectionable user-generated content to us.

3. Your content.

The content. "Content" means any material, such as audio files, video files, electronic documents or images, that you upload and import into the service or software in connection with your use of the service.

Ownership. You retain all rights and ownership of the content. We do not claim any ownership of your content.

License your content to operate services and software. We require that you provide certain licenses for your content to operate and enable services and software. 5. User behavior.

6. Your warranty and indemnity obligations.

Warranty. By uploading your content to the service or software, you agree to :(a) all licenses and permissions required to use and share your content; (b) grant the rights required for the license in the terms.

Compensation. You will indemnify us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors against any claims, demands, losses or damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, services or software caused by or in connection with your content, or your breach of this clause.

7. Termination.

Your termination. You can stop using services and software at any time. Termination of your account does not release you from any obligation to pay any outstanding fees.

We end it. If we terminate the terms or your use of the service for reasons other than our own, we will use our best efforts to retrieve your content by giving you at least 30 days' notice via the email address you provide to us and providing instructions on how to use it. Unless specified in any additional terms, we may terminate your right to use and access the services or software at any time if:

(a) you violate any provision of this clause (or act in a manner that expressly states that you do not intend or are unable to comply with this clause);

(b) you fail to pay for the services or software in a timely manner (if any);

(c) you have substantially breached any provision of this article, and (I) the breach cannot be remedied; Or (ii) we notify you of the violation but you do not correct it within 14 days of the notification;

(d) you physically, verbally or otherwise abuse, threaten, bully or harass us or our personnel (in which case we may suspend or restrict your access to the services or software);

(e) you have complained maliciously or without reasonable grounds for many times, and continue to complain after we ask you to stop complaining (in this case, we may suspend or restrict your access to the service or software);

(f) we are required by law to do so (for example, it is illegal or becomes illegal to provide you with a service or software);

(g) we choose to terminate the services or software in whole or in part (for example, if it becomes impractical to continue to provide services in your area due to a change in law); either

8. No modification, reverse engineering.

You may not (a) modify, port, adapt or translate any part of the service or software unless expressly permitted by the terms; Or (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover any part of the source code or any service or software. If the law in your jurisdiction gives you the right to decompilate the software to obtain the information necessary to interoperate the licensed portion of the service or software with other software, you must first obtain such information from us. We may, at our sole discretion, provide you with such information or impose reasonable conditions, including reasonable fees, on your decompiling services or software to ensure that our ownership and that of our suppliers in the services and software are protected.
